Regular Residential Lot $3,780

Includes clearing city sidewalk, driveway, and front walkway (Oct 1st through Mar 31st)

Corner Residential Lot $4,200

Includes clearing city sidewalk, driveway, and front walkway (Oct 1st through Mar 31st)

Terms and Conditions

We require prepayment OR Credit Card on file before October 1st (or before the start of service if after October 1st)
Vehicles must be in a garage or parked on the road, or the driveway will NOT be cleared
We cannot guarantee surface conditions of the driveway after skipping even one single snow event due to a vehicle being present in the driveway
We only clear snow from asphalt or concrete surfaces (not gravel, flagstone, dirt, etc.)
